DO YOU LOVE BRIGHT COLORS?
It's finished and does it scream of summer or what? This is my third one and will never don't tire of the beauty of batiks. Check out my post HERE to see the other two. This one is my favorite and very tropical looking.
There are two pockets inside--one with a Velcro closure (perfect for a hotel room key card). The other is just a plain ole pocket.
Now I have to show you something that made me thing "quilting." We bought a Nespresso and these are the coffee "pods" and they are so colorful. They kinda look like spools of thread in a package don't they?
Today the plumber was here to replace our bathroom faucets etc. Wouldn't you know it, ten minutes after he was here the air conditioning went out. When it rains it pours.

You can't go wrong with batik fabrics Marcy. The bag is beautiful and does look very tropical. You could even make a scrappy batik bag too using all the leftovers from your pretty batik bags that you already knit.
